As a sports psychologist, I support sportsmen and sportswomen, coaches, and training organizations. I work in the stream of Positive Sports Psychology, which treats the athlete not as a tool for winning medals but as a person who constantly strives for self-development and realizes their dreams. This approach focuses on the athlete's mental state and helps them achieve better sports results.

I completed a master's degree in psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Wrocław, Poland) and a postgraduate degree in Positive Sports Psychology. I’m constantly expanding my competencies by participating in various training courses and conferences.
My mission is to support people from the sporting world in developing their mental skills that will translate into improved functioning in private life and realizing their goals or dreams.
In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support athletes in the following fields:
equestrian (show jumping, dressage, eventing), athletics, boxing, MMA, fencing, basketball, soccer, handball, volleyball, swimming, enduro, road cycling, motorsport, ski jumping, downhill skiing, artistic gymnastics, chess, shooting, agility, judo, tennis, badminton, squash, golf, ice hockey, bowling, esports, triathlon.
Athlete
For more than 15 years, I’ve been practicing Kendo — a modern Japanese martial art that uses bamboo swords and protective armor.
My dad, a professional master-class equestrian trainer, fostered my passion for sports.
My greatest achievements in Kendo are:
- a Polish Championships multi-medalist,
- European Championships team multi-medalist,
- and MVP of the European Championships and World Championships.
